TacticalVision is designed with privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, or transmit:

1.2 Locally Stored Data

The App stores the following data locally on your device only:

• User Preferences: Your display filter settings and presets
• Application Settings: Window position, auto-apply preferences, and UI state

This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us or any third party.

1.3 Microsoft Store

If you download TacticalVision from the Microsoft Store, Microsoft may collect certain information as described in their privacy policy. We do not have access to this information. Please review Microsoft's Privacy Statement for details.

2. How the App Works

TacticalVision operates by adjusting your display output using Windows system APIs (Magnification API and gamma ramps). The App:

• Does not inject code into any applications or games
• Does not read or modify game files
• Does not capture or record screen content
• Does not communicate over the internet (except for license validation if applicable)
• Only modifies display output settings at the system level

3. Premium Features and Payments

If you purchase premium features, payment processing is handled entirely by the Microsoft Store. We do not collect, process, or store any payment information. Your transaction is governed by Microsoft's terms and privacy policies.

4. Data Security

Since we do not collect or transmit personal data, there is no risk of your data being compromised on our servers. Your settings are stored locally using standard Windows application data storage mechanisms.

5. Children's Privacy

TacticalVision does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. The App is safe for users of all ages.

6. Third-Party Services

TacticalVision does not integrate with third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only third-party involvement is the Microsoft Store for distribution and payment processing.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Since we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data to access, correct, or delete. Your locally stored preferences can be reset or deleted directly within the App or by uninstalling the application.
