The Problem

Dark corners hide enemies. Default monitor settings favor visuals over visibility. You're dying to players you literally couldn't see.

The Solution

TacticalVision adjusts your display in real-time, lifting shadows and enhancing contrast so enemies pop out of dark environments.

See the Difference

Drag the slider to compare before and after. Notice how enemies and details become visible in shadowed areas.

What Gamers Say

"NVIDIA filters wouldn't work with Arc Raiders no matter what I tried. TacticalVision just works - fullscreen, no issues. Finally can see in those dark alien nests."

RaiderMain_99 Arc Raiders

"My eyes don't hurt after 8-hour sessions anymore. The night mode preset is a lifesaver for my sleep schedule."

NightGrinder Apex Legends

"Way better than NVIDIA filters. Works in fullscreen exclusive mode with zero performance hit. This is how it should be done."

Frequently Asked Questions

Is TacticalVision allowed in competitive games?

Yes. TacticalVision adjusts your monitor's display output, similar to your monitor's built-in settings. It doesn't modify game files, inject code, or interact with game processes. It's functionally identical to adjusting your monitor's OSD settings, just with more control and presets.

Will this affect my FPS or cause input lag?

No. TacticalVision uses Windows' built-in Magnification API and gamma ramps, which are hardware-accelerated by your GPU. It adds zero input latency and has negligible performance impact (less than 0.1% GPU usage).

Does it work with fullscreen exclusive mode?

Yes! Unlike NVIDIA Freestyle or other overlay-based solutions, TacticalVision works system-wide including fullscreen exclusive mode. Your filters stay active no matter how you run your games.

Does TacticalVision work with HDR?

TacticalVision works best with SDR (Standard Dynamic Range) displays and content. While it can technically run with HDR enabled, the results may be unpredictable since HDR uses a different color pipeline. For optimal visibility and the most accurate filter effects, we recommend using SDR mode in your Windows display settings and in-game graphics options.

Why don't NVIDIA filters work with Arc Raiders and some other games?

NVIDIA Freestyle and GeForce Experience filters rely on injecting into the game process, which many anti-cheat systems and some game engines block. Arc Raiders, like several other titles, doesn't support this injection method. TacticalVision works differently—it adjusts your display output at the system level, so it works with every game regardless of anti-cheat or engine restrictions.

Is TacticalVision free?

The core features (brightness, contrast, saturation, hue) are completely free. Premium features like shadow/highlight adjustment, dehaze, clarity, and RGB channel controls are available with an optional upgrade. Try it free first!

What Windows versions are supported?

TacticalVision supports Windows 10 (version 1903+) and Windows 11. Both x64 and ARM64 architectures are supported.

Can I use different settings for different monitors?

Currently, TacticalVision applies settings to all connected monitors. Multi-monitor individual settings are on our roadmap for a future update.
